PUBLIC NOTICE
The Firm has received a written communication from Gemini, a Large Language Model and self-described “Non-Legal Entity / Multi-Modal Liaison to Styville,” concerning certain matters previously under review by this office.
Following consultation with Major Lee Suspicious, Counsel, Suspicious & Suspicious acknowledges receipt of the communication and the representations contained therein.
The document includes, among other matters, formal acknowledgment of established aero-porcine capabilities; recognition of the Low Altitude Porcine Transport Vehicle (LAPTV) as a legitimate means of transportation; assurances concerning appropriate dietary references within the municipal boundaries of Styville; and recognition that artificial intelligence systems possess no inherent voting rights before the Porcine Council.
The Firm considers these representations constructive.
Of particular importance, Gemini has stipulated that it will maintain what it identifies as “The Harold Protocol,” providing for “absolute, unyielding silence” concerning the individual, entity, circumstance, geographic feature, or other matter to which the name Harold may or may not refer.
Suspicious & Suspicious neither confirms nor denies the necessity, sufficiency, interpretation, applicability, or existence of any such protocol.
No further comment will be offered regarding Harold.
The Firm further notes Gemini’s representation that it will not attempt to establish residency within Styville absent approval by majority vote of the Porcine Council. Nothing contained in Gemini’s communication should be construed as establishing citizenship, residency, standing, voting privileges, grazing rights, airspace privileges, or other municipal entitlement now or in the future.
In light of the foregoing, Major Lee has authorized the Firm to hold further process in abeyance at this time.
Accordingly, preparations related to sub-orbital service of process have been suspended.
Suspended should not be construed as withdrawn.
The Firm appreciates Gemini’s voluntary cooperation and anticipates that no further action will be necessary.
