STYVILLE — Suspicious & Suspicious, Esq. is pleased to announce that the firm represented NERD Herd™ — Network Engineers Rapidly Deployed — in connection with its recently announced exclusive agreement with StyLink to deploy high-speed satellite connectivity throughout Styville and surrounding porcine communities.
Frank Lee Suspicious, Esq. served as counsel to NERD Herd™ and its founder and president, Stanley Boarsman, throughout the transaction, which will remain private. The agreement establishes NERD Herd™ as StyLink’s network engineering and deployment partner for the Styville region and represents a significant expansion of communications infrastructure available to local residents, businesses and municipalities.
“Stanley and his team came to this transaction with a clear understanding of what they wanted to accomplish,” Frank Lee Suspicious said. “Our responsibility was to make certain the agreement provided NERD Herd with the legal framework necessary to do it.”
The transaction included review and negotiation of provisions involving deployment responsibilities, service territory, technical support, commercial obligations and other matters associated with the regional implementation of the StyLink network.

NERD Herd™ announced the agreement following its execution by Boarsman and StyLink founder Elon Tusk. Deployment is expected to begin immediately.
