The Suspicious family is moderately gregarious. This, I take full responsibility for and blame mostly on my Irish ancestors.
My daughter, Imma — named, incidentally, after my mother, Emma Reddy-O’Leary — stumbled upon what Imma calls a private chef and friend. Curiously, we have never met him. Or perhaps her.
However, this chef’s béarnaise is a family favorite. I share it with you, with my Irish compliments to both you and the chef.
